Why don’t you offer meal plans?

My main goal as a coach is to help guide you to learn how to build balanced meals for yourself so when you’re no longer working with me you have the tools, resources, and education to continue on without me.

I provide my clients with tools to learn how to make informed decisions for themselves so they can eat the foods they enjoy, while still being able to see the results they want.

What if I don’t want to track macros, but still would like help with my nutrition habits?

I offer macro coaching, hand portion coaching, and an intuitive eating coaching option with all my plans. If you’re not into tracking your food or have had a bad experience with doing so in the past, we can still work together on building better habits for an overall balanced and healthy lifestyle.

How can I apply for coaching from someone who is PN Certified?

What if I only want to sign up for one month?

I have three month commitments for my coaching options because I don’t belive one month is long enough to reach most peoples goals.

I don’t believe in quick fixes or fad diets. They’re not sustainable or realistic long term.
