At Savor Flavor Nutrition LLC we help busy people find a better relationship with food and help athletes properly fuel their bodies for activities inside and outside of their training sessions. We believe in balance with food, life, and fitness that starts with daily consistent habits. We want our clients to enjoy and savor food, while simultaneously working towards their goals.
We always start with your needs and goals. Then we’ll work together to develop a plan to help you eat, move, and live better—in a way that works for your body, and your life.
We’ll break your big goals into small daily practices that add up to massive changes. As a result, you’ll progress toward your goals without ever feeling overwhelmed and build habits that last a lifetime. Instead of the all-or-nothing dieting approach, we will use a sustainable, practice-based approach to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.
We collaborate with you on a way to track your progress. We can choose measurements, your progress in the gym (aka PR’s, baby), the scale, better sleep, more energy in your workouts and throughout the day, etc.
We set you up with a macro/calorie goal to assist you with your goal. If tracking isn’t your thing, we will work with you to overall create better habits for a happier, healthier life, all while progressing towards your goals.
We’ll remove all the guesswork and provide the accountability, direction, and support you need to stay consistent, no matter what life throws at you. Whatever obstacles arise, we’ll help you overcome them by modifying your program or offering new solutions.
